amazing breakfast and friendly faces

friendly staffreally good serviceblack mould
the staff are the best i have ever encountered. they are friendly and helpful! taryn and her team are amazing. i visit this hotel about eight times each year, and i am always impressed by their really good service.
The shower room was not up to standard. I found black mould and the expelair was not functional. with no window, it just was not very nice. also, thermostats were not working on the two radiators in bedroom. it was uncomfortably hot, really. radiators were on the whole time, but only one small window could be opened.
Dining
9/10
breakfast options were fantastic, freshly cooked, and the staff in the breakfast area was excellent. one morning, i had to leave early, so they provided bacon sandwiches, croissants, and yogurt for me to enjoy on the go. it was a great service.
Facilities
9/10
Parking was quite convenient. the hotel is located between two towns. Both are easily walkable. i also noticed a bar area. it looked clean, well-kept, and tidy throughout the premises. it's all very reassuring to see.
Location

the breakfast was good with a great choice of options.
I did not like that the hallway staircase was dusty. The hotel seemed tired. our room was small. the bathroom was tiny too, and there was no bath mat for the floor.
