A mixed experience, some issues observed.

beach frontthin wallspoor wi-fi
The location was acceptable, being directly on the beach front.
I had some issues with the noise level! The walls are very thin and I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. The Wi-Fi was also a major disappointment, it barely worked in the room. I had to go to the lobby to get a signal.

Wonderful Stay!

clean bathroomspacious restaurantpleasant stafflarge gap
I needed a clean room for one night, and the bathrooms especially were very clean. The restaurant was spacious. The staff were very pleasant.
The main door to my room had a large gap. This gap let in light. Any noise in the corridor came straight into the room because of it.

average stay with some issues

decent showerhigh noise leveloverpriced breakfast
the refurbished room was clean, with a decent shower.
The noise level was unacceptable. I could hear everything from the room above, it sounded like constant banging. the breakfast felt overpriced at £12.50, the presentation was poor. also, there wasn't any hand soap in the tiny bathroom (that was pretty annoying).
