The room I got was what you might call 'vintage. ' I believe the technical term is 'dated'. The bed, it seemed like sleeping on a plank. The TV remote was to have been through a war. Half the buttons did not function. They should really think about some upgrades.

The staff was attentive, especially Amber, who ensured our needs were met. She was warm and eager. Our suite was beautifully decorated and spacious. The atmosphere was elegant and peaceful.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the staff member (I think she was from Eastern Europe) who printed coloring pages and got crayons for my niece. This kindness made my niece happy and was very thoughtful.
I found the food quality to be lacking . The dinner menu seemed limited and the food lacked flavor, but breakfast was adequate (at least it was included).
