late foodbad attitude

The service felt off. waiting an hour for dinner wasn't ideal. I even asked for fries to start, but they never arrived. when my rice noodles didn't come with the salad, the staff just said they'd take it off the bill. a simple apology would have been nice though

Excellent Stay Near the Lake

The location is great. I could easily walk to the lake and a nearby ferry pick-up point. The hotel provides many parking spaces. This was very convenient. The staff members were friendly and always helpful. They ensured all my needs were met.

I found that my room was a bit small. The room had a very low dormer ceiling which was inconvenient. It was a little difficult to manage my luggage there.
