Henrock, part of Michelin-starred chef Simon Rogan's empire, features Executive Chef Tom Barnes and Head Chef Sam Fry creating a frequently changing àlacarte menu inspired by their travels and local ingredients from Simon's farm, Our Farm, in the Cartmel Valley. The wine offering at Henrock uses exceptional, mostly homegrown ingredients. The Bar & Conservatory offers handcrafted cocktails, an all-day dining menu, and a selection of afternoon teas with views of Windermere. A light nibbles menu is available.
