surprised with the stay

the family room was clean and big. it had much space. the location has river views. breakfast had many options.
the room had a disabled chair. we did not get a warning. the public disabled toilet was opposite to our room. it was noisy.

Our room, a double room, was super clean. the staff was very friendly and helpful with all our requests. the on-site pub had a lovely atmosphere, and we liked the food. breakfast was good. We enjoyed the spacious and relaxing dining room.

The breakfast buffet had abundant choices and looked great. The pool was a big bonus, and the hot tub felt nice. It's a great idea to allow swimming lessons access to the pool. The cabin was very cozy and very clean. Food in the restaurant tasted beautiful. Breakfast was also very good.
I noticed a lack of information provided and service wasn't great either. No one told us that if you stay in a cabin, the hotel only has one key, so if you lose it then everyone is in trouble. Due to the hotel only having one key a binbag of towels will be left at your door.

The breakfast was excellent, with a good choice available and the full English option plentiful. I found the staff pleasant and accommodating. I enjoyed my room, it opened directly onto the beautiful gardens. I thought the food was great, particularly the delicious steak and guinness pie.
The stairs between the bedroom and bathroom were steep. This could be quite dangerous in the dark.
