dog hairsworn mattress
I booked a superior room, but I found dog hairs on the carpet. Mold covered the shower tiles, I noticed thick dust on the bathroom door. The mattress was worn, I found it very uncomfortable. People walking above kept me awake since floorboards creaked, and I could hear their conversations since 5.30 am.
