Dining features honest food prepared with honest ingredients. The Devon View restaurant offers goat dishes with fondant potato, steamed greens, and roasted roots. The modern fine-dining restaurant provides a setting for longer meals.

The Mole Resort provides activities including tennis on four hard courts, two half-courts for children, croquet lawns, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a sports simulator with virtual football, rugby, baseball, golf, and a 'Zombie' game. A fully equipped gym is available. The Pool Hall offers views of the estate. Guests can take part in Legs and Tums classes and cycling classes set to music.

Located in North Devon near Chittlehamholt, The Mole Resort is close to the River Mole, Exmoor, and the Jurassic and Atlantic coasts. It is 55 km from Exeter International Airport. The small train station of Umberleigh offers direct service from Exeter St Davids. Tiverton Parkway, 32 miles away, has a direct 2-hour train to London Paddington. Landing is possible at Eaglescott Airfield, about 6 miles away.
