i was greeted by kevin at reception , he was lovely. my room included complimentary tea , coffee , water biscuits and mermaid shots of spiced dark rum. a sage kettle and a nespresso machine with three pods were available.

cold steak lukewarm jacuzzi

The bed was comfy and the room was well decorated. Conditioners were a nice touch

The jacuzzi was not as warm as expected. That was disappointing I booked a high-end meal at the restaurant, but the steak arrived cold I didn't feel comfortable sending it back at the time. It did put a damper on the experience

amazing food excellent drink fine design

the food at south beach was amazing (i especially liked the mountain sour). tommy, our server, gave excellent drink recommendations. the spa was really nice, especially the indoor and outdoor pool areas. the design ethos of the hotel is fine, and the rooms are beautifully decorated.

The room decor was amazing. I liked the free rum in the room. The hotel has a great position near the beach. It has glorious views out to sea. The hotel facilities were great.

The outdoor pool and sunbathing area seemed a bit small, considering the hotel's size.

the bed was comfy.

the aircon didn't work in my suite sea view , so i wouldn't want to be stuck in that room during summer. the receptionist was told about it during check out.
