The room was super clean and well-designed. I found the linens to be of great quality. The location allows easy access to shops and restaurants. The staff demonstrated friendliness and professionalism throughout my stay.
I found the room lighting too bright, with no dimming options available. This made it difficult to create a relaxing atmosphere in the evenings.

staff were friendly. car parking across the road offered a discount through the hotel. breakfast was good. location was ideal for shopping and close to town.
the noise at night was a problem. traffic and loud people made it hard to sleep. some noise came from inside the building as well.

the room had a good size, with a soft bed (perfect for a good night's sleep!). the shower worked very well. breakfast had many options.
the corridor carpet on the first floor had many stains. it was not very nice.

The staff were AMAZING and friendly! My room was very clean. The bed and linens were very comfortable, and I slept wonderfully on the pillows. The breakfast choice had everything. It was superb, very well presented, and hot!!! The hotel lounge areas had plenty of places to relax.
The public car park, down the road, costs an extra fee per day.
