I appreciated the historical aspects integrated with modern luxury. The original features of the jail were preserved well with informative plaques throughout. Staff members provided knowledgeable answers to my questions. They enhanced the stay.

The Chapel Restaurant provides a amazing setting for dinner. The food was some of the best I have experienced in a hotel restaurant, and it is recommendable even for non-guests. The bar offered lovely cocktails. The wine selection was ample as well.

The room had a desired temperature, and it was spacious and clean. Modern amenities included a comfortable bed and complimentary soft drinks in the mini-fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities were available.

The reception staff displayed a warm and cute attitude! They assisted with all necessary information and booked guided tour tickets for us. The Chapel Restaurant staff gave us the best service. It created an excellent experience.

the bathroom felt luxurious. it included separate bath and shower facilities. complimentary soft drinks and fresh milk were available in the fridge. i also appreciated the comfortable bedding.
the teapot in my room had thick tea stains. i had to clean it myself before using it. staff members had a visible conversation about being unable to cope during service. i waited a long time for drinks.

The rooms are wonderfully furnished and provide a relaxing retreat. The bathroom includes a spacious design and luxurious amenities. I enjoyed a fascinating history tour that offered insights into the building. The staff provided excellent service and were very accommodating to all requests.
The town itself appears a bit run down currently.
