the exterior look great, victorians touch i like. reception staffs were friendly and helpful. i appreciated that staff moved their cars so i can park easier. the location worked great, close to many places.

i found that the room lacked a fridge and water, it's not major but I wanted it to be perfect.

the breakfast was really good. I ate fresh fruit and a lot of pastries. the room included a super comfortable bed and i slept well. the receptionist helped with directions to nearby attractions, THAT was great.

The bathroom door was difficult to open from the inside. It needed a good shove.

the room was very clean the bed was really comfortable. there was a good choice of teas and coffee. the location is quite central with quick access to the shops and the barbican.

the table was very small at breakfast most of the food was good though. the hotel seems to be very short staffed. communication was poor as water was turned off without notice.
