The staff were helpful from arrival. The food tasted fresh, was quality and delicious. The swimming pool provided a nice bonus after a long day (it was clean!). The location is advantageous with a tram stop nearby.
Finding a seat in public areas proved a challenge at times. Extra seating could certainly help.

the staff are consistently friendly and professional. i am a wheelchair user and i found the adapted room fully met my needs. the food was great , with plenty of options available throughout my stay.
the main issue i encountered was the room temperature , as it was consistently too hot. even with the weather being cold outside , the room remained uncomfortably warm .

the staff showed genuine warmth. they were very good. the pool was modern and a great addition to my stay. a fan cooled the bedroom and the bathroom had a high-power shower.
my room was very small. it felt noisy because it was above the entertainment room. the room was also hot and i had to keep the fan on all night.

The room had some marks and a fresh coat of paint would improve the overall appearance.
