The location worked well, it was easy to access. i found the staff very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions. there was enough parking, and the ev charging points seemed functional, i thought that was a plus.
the heating system did not work correctly. i had to request a small portable heater for the room. it was a bit inconvenient! especially since it was quite cold outside.

The room had good size and included a comfortable bed. it wasn't luxurious. It was clean and adequate for a short visit. in-room information noted it was a no-frills hotel.

The hotel staff were very helpful. They were courteous. they helped with taxi arrangements and recommendations. the staff member offered to check the table, but i declined since i was leaving.

Excellent Stay, Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient

The room felt spacious. The bed was comfortable. Ample parking exists. Breakfast choices were good with hot options available. The staff members were very polite and helpful. I found the shower cubicle had a seat, which I appreciated. The room had everything necessary.
The car park was a bit small. I found it hard to locate a space during busy times.

A Charmingly Unexpected Stay

The staff were so friendly on arrival, really setting a great tone. I really appreciated the air conditioning in the large room as Suffolk could be quite warm. Curtains ensures complete blackout, I was impressed.
The breakfast wasnt great because the delivery was late. This meant there were no eggs available and very little cooked food out.
