Mediocre Stay. Disappointing Details

My stay had a couple of significant drawbacks. That detracted from the overall experience. The room service was slow. This caused a considerable delay in receiving my dinner. The noise from the nearby road was noticeable and disturbed my sleep. It was hard to relax! The disturbance impacted the comfort of my stay.

I found the decor to be lovely. the main restaurant offered a good choice of food. all the staff were very helpful, and they were very friendly. there were lots of outdoor sitting areas. This worked well on a very hot evening.
The wine list had a few unavailable items. We still coped.

my room had a lovely shower, wonderful after a long day. there were also lots of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate available. i was very happy with the generous supply of milk, sugars, and nice biscuits.

i found that there was plenty of choice for food, and everything was well cooked. the presentation was great and the breakfast was scrumptious!!! i chose the full english and it was delicious, a real treat.

the hotel is only five minutes from the m6. there is ample free parking available, and i had no problems finding a space. the hotel location proved convenient for my travel needs.

The premises had plenty of parking available. there was also lots of outdoor seating. It was a good spot to enjoy the sun. the comfortable mattress coupled with good blackout curtains really helped me get a good sleep.
The room felt somewhat old-fashioned. It could definitely use some updating. the bathroom was also tiny.

The room was very clean. The bed and pillows allowed for restful sleep. The bathroom was recently updated. The staff displayed excellent attentiveness (especially at breakfast).
