The room i had was very spacious and surprisingly quiet. It felt recently refurbished. the parking was free and there were plenty of spaces available. staff were friendly and very accommodating. This. the price i paid really offered value for the duration.

shiva and the other team members were courteous and helpful. their assistance definitely added a personal touch. i will consider staying here again, mostly due to the positive interactions i experienced with them.

I found the hotel easily. The location made touring the area simple. The hotel provided ample free parking . My room was spacious and very clean (it was important to me). The breakfast was ample with multiple hot choices. I especially appreciated the variety of available coffees.
The room could have used a small fan for ventilation since there was no air conditioning.

The staff were very nice and helpful. I did find the breakfast satisfactory and it met my dietary needs. My room was big, and the bed were comfortable. I must mention hotel was clean.

My room was really dated, and it showed. the wardrobe door completely fell off its hinges when i opened it. it seems some maintenance is overdue. the kettle only worked in one outlet. the staff had to be asked for tea bags and coffee. They were not readily available.

The room cleanliness was subpar. I found some hair in the bath. There were dirty marks on the mirror. The carpet on the landing looked like it hadn't been hoovered in ages. It's a HUGE shame because the place could be lovely but needs some TLC.
