the staff helped with luggage and the welcome drink was a nice touch! our suite offered plenty of space and storage. the bathroom included essential toiletries.
the heating was difficult to adjust, making the room a bit too warm.

The shower was barely lukewarm. I suspect the boiler was having a bad day. also, the reception staff seemed less than thrilled to be there. they weren't rude, just... absent. i asked for an extra pillow and it was like i was asking for the moon. It eventually arrived, but only after a significant wait. the whole experience was less than stellar

The staff helped carry my bags to the room and were very friendly. I enjoyed the welcome drink upon my arrival. The room was spacious and well-organized. I appreciated the parking available on site (it's very convenient).
I noticed a little dust on the lamp in my room.

The hotel had a good location right in the centre. The place is within walking distance of everything local. I could easily walk along the High Street from this location, that's a nice feature.

The hotel has a central location that really helped me get around easily. i found the staff to be very helpful. They addressed all my needs quickly. the beautiful suite looked recently refurbished and was in good condition. i found the free wifi to be fast and reliable. It allowed me to work without interruptions.
i noticed the bins in the outside area were overflowing slightly.

The hotel has a well kept garden that provided a relaxing space for an afternoon stroll. the free parking was a significant benefit, especially with several spaces available. i also appreciated the on-site indian restaurant. The food was AMAZING!!!
