The building and its grounds impressed me! my room was quite comfortable. It featured a spacious bathroom. the breakfast was amazing too. it was a comfy little place, i would definitely return!

The hairdryer in my room wasn't working. the cleaning could have been a little better.

The receptionist gave conflicting information regarding breakfast hours. Breakfast was included but I could not partake. Reception offered the cafe as recompense. The prices were extortionate. I have asked for a partial refund, but it remains unaddressed.

i thought the room was spacious with character. the view to the garden was fantastic. the staff members were kind and polite.

the bathroom light turned on even in the night and it was impossible to turn it off. the room felt cold and reception couldn't provide an extra duvet. i woke up multiple times so i felt very tired the next day.

My room was in the Kent building and it felt basic. The walls were thin. I could hear conversations next door. The noise made it hard to relax. I needed earplugs to sleep.

The staff members were friendly. I was happy to find the room very clean with a lovely garden view. Breakfast was good (it had a nice view as well).

Kent Hall had noise issues. I could hear a neighbor using the bathroom. People also talked loudly. Reception closed early at 8pm. I was given drink vouchers as compensation.
