comfy bedblackout curtains
i was welcomed by a friendly staff member they directed me to the female toilets easily i found plenty of room amenities including an ironing board and trouser press which was a plus. the bed was really comfy and the blackout curtains were amazing i slept so well the bathroom had a fabulous shower with hot water it was great.
the milk and coffee sachets were limited i wish there were more.

The provided gluten-free options during breakfast were superb. The staff exhibited really good service. The hotel's proximity to the International Centre was also quite convenient.
I noticed some hairs on the bed. The room possessed a noticeable strange smell. (It was not too strong, though.)

mixed experience with some issues
poor breakfastshower malfunction
The breakfast selection really disappointed me the first morning. The restaurant felt cramped, and the food choices seemed limited compared to what i expected. The room, though spacious, felt cheaply furnished. the shower barely worked. I reported this, but repairs happened only after i left.
