the room was a good size. it was convenient, within walking distance of the city center. the staff were attentive and helpful at breakfast. the breakfast included a large choice of items.
the parking details seemed ambiguous. i found the hotel's website. it explicitly stated free parking . i got a message saying parking costs extra after i paid.

large room rear car park great service early breakfast
i had a lovely large room. it was very easy to park in the rear car park! the customer service provided by every staff member was fantastic. they really went the extra mile with all my requests, even arranging an early breakfast when i mentioned i needed to check out early.
my room was mostly clean, i noticed it looked a bit dated! the heating wasn't working, but i got a new room.

the staff were helpful and friendly! breakfast offered fresh cooked options, and there were plenty of choices. i found the on-site parking very convenient. the bedding and towels were clean, and the bed was comfortable. it all contributed to a lovely visit.
i noticed some slight noise from nearby rooms.

The breakfast included juice, fruit, and a full cooked meal with tea. It was luscious!!! the staff moved me to a first-floor room when i had mobility issues, and i felt so cared for.
the room was serviced only upon request.

i noticed some slight wear on the decor in my room , it could use a little updating.
