The bathroom's hot tap took nearly two minutes to produce warm water. I found this unacceptable. The WC cistern did not refill correctly. It dripped and took an hour to refill after flushing. A plumber never looked despite promises. The room also felt quite shabby. It was hardly acceptable for the price I paid.

The staff was friendly. They were helpful.. nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean. The super kingsize bed was comfortable, and bedding was clean and cosy.

The restaurant menu was limited to Indian dishes, but I was happy with that.

The staff at the front desk were amazing ! Rony was particularly helpful and friendly during check-in, answering all my questions. The room was a good size, clean, and comfortable, which I really appreciated. It was an excellent base for visiting nearby attractions such as Warwick Castle and Hatton.

The hotel offers parking. there are many signs indicating paid parking, slightly off-putting. It is worth noting there is no lift, so guests on upper floors need to use the stairs with their luggage, of course.

The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, though some might consider it basic. It featured fixed shower, toiletries, and enough plugs. I noticed slight water stains on the ceiling, specifically under the skylight. But I slept like a baby!

Breakfast was served in the restaurant, which seemed okay though only scrambled eggs were available. A bed and breakfast option might be preferable to avoid extra costs for breakfast upon check-in. The selection was amazing!!!
