I found convenient parking behind the hotel. the staff members were always friendly and approachable . the breakfast offered many choices at the buffet, including tasty hot food. I felt very satisfied!

the tv in my room wasn't tuned in properly, a minor inconvenience. i reported this issue when i was leaving, though it didn't significantly affect my stay. i hope this gets fixed .

clean room comfortable room bbc issues dismissive response

the room was super clean and cozy . the breakfast room had a cute feel and the bar area seemed nice.

i was a little disappointed that the tv had bbc issues indicating no signal. i reported this at reception but was told it must be the bbc fixing something and not to worry as we would be going home soon. the response felt dismissive and didn't address the problem.
