my room had a good layout, i stayed in a standard king room. the staff were helpful and the breakfast offered a good selection. the location was also convenient when arriving by train.

The tv remote was missing. Therefore, i could not use the tv. it was noisy through the windows at night. i also found the room needed some touch-ups.

The location rocks since it's near the train station. The bed was comfy with fresh linen and towels.. very important! My room had good views from the sixth floor too. The bar open late was an added bonus after a long day.

The pillows were a little too firm for my liking..

the location was acceptable as it was near transport links.

The room i was given was disappointing. It was not a proper king size mattress but two single beds pushed together! this made it very uncomfortable. also, there was an unauthorized charge of £50 on my account, which i am yet to have reversed
