Amazing Family Stay

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Our 'Beautiful Room' offered Fine views. I especially appreciated the prompt service when we needed a fridge for medication. It was in minutes. The spa treatments were sublime, so we returned for more sessions.
I could hear my neighbour's tv at night.

The waitresses seemed unsure of their duties. I observed them wandering aimlessly. They also looked unable to handle customer requests efficiently. I found this particularly frustrating during the busy lunch service.
