“Walton Hall presents something of a mixed experience, based on what I've gathered. The setting within extensive grounds certainly appeals, and some rooms impress with their design, however, I noted reports of maintenance issues and inconsistent service. Ultimately, potential guests should weigh the attractive location against possible drawbacks.”

The reception staff were very helpful with luggage storage until check-in. Breakfast provided many options and was available until closing time. The hotel grounds offered ample parking. I found the surroundings to be very beautiful.
I noticed a lack of earl grey tea and biscuits within my room. There was no one available to take payment when i tried to buy a biscuit. The dinner menu was also basic and i chose to dine elsewhere.
