The grounds were indeed fine offering many quiet spots to relax I liked the well-kept gardens adjacent to the tennis court. The indoor pool was a good size for a proper swim I counted six lanes available . Breakfast provided good quality ingredients I saw fresh fruit and pastries presented beautifully each morning. The staff offered prompt service especially at the reception desk.

the hotel had everything needed for a relaxing break. it has lovely facilities including a spa and a gym (i used the indoor pool and jacuzzi). the staff were helpful.
the bar closed too early. it also did not allow for room charges. this was an inconvenience (especially after a long day).

The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our two-night anniversary stay. i particularly appreciated the complimentary white company toiletries in our courtyard room. The scent was subtle yet luxurious. the variety of leisure facilities was excellent. We enjoyed both the squash courts and the serene atmosphere of the indoor pool.
The lack of biscuits with the in-room tea and coffee was a minor disappointment. A sweet treat would have been the perfect complement.

I stayed in a twin room near the function room and found it very clean. The meal served was delicious and the staff were both friendly and helpful at the bar. Breakfast was also superb with excellent staff available I was pleased with the service.
I noticed the shower in my room had weak water pressure this impacted my experience. This is an area that could use some improvement. I hope this is fixed .
