i was greeted warmly upon arrival, Yvonne and Gerry were especially cute. the room was very super clean and cozy. i also appreciated the good standard of food available. i found the beds to be very comfy ensuring a restful night.

the lighting in the room could use some improvement. i noticed the large mirror lacked sufficient lighting above it, made using a hairdryer a little difficult.

I had a REALLY great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. Gerrie was especially lovely and always available. Rooms were comfortable and the beds felt amazing. I found the food was excellent.

I noticed some marks on the walls, especially in areas where people place their luggage.

The staff proved really helpful with the music speakers and projector as i used the conference room. the cleanliness really impressed me, specially the toilets near the conference room. They were really super clean. i also thought the freshly made pizza tasted better than well known brands.

the safe in my room did not work, and it needed fixing because the room was on a floor near the entrance and carpark.
