convenient stay!
swimming poolfriendly staffloud sunrise
the facilities were quite good. i used the gym, the swimming pool, the jacuzzi, the hydropool, the steam room, and the sauna. lovely staff helped me with check in, it was quite easy.
The hotel had no ac and it was so hot! i opened the windows. it was loud. i was woken up early by the sunrise and lorries at tesco.

A starbucks is located in the ground floor. the bar had some nice snacks. this hotel also provides restaurant service. Breakfast included good variety and value. dinner options were also available for purchase.

I found the location convenient for the black country museum. i noticed close proximity to the m5 motorway. it is in a great spot. It is close to the town centre. the hotel also sits near tesco, convenient.

Acceptable, but issues exist
loud musiclate night noise
My room faced the outside seating area and it was VERY noisy. A private function continued until midnight with loud music and shouting. Staff popped balloons and crashed bottles into bins at 1:15am. I didn't sleep until after 3am. this made the next day difficult.
