free upgrade spacious room comfortable bed
the staff were friendly and offered a free room upgrade upon check-in. the upgraded room was spacious and clean. the bed provided great comfort, and the shower was lovely (i especially liked the water pressure!).
i found the wet room bathroom inconvenient because, without separation from the rest of the space, everything got wet after showering.

The hotel is in a good, quiet area. It is only a 10 to 15-minute walk from new street. nearby parking is available , very convenient. this made accessing local attractions straightforward.

the reception staff were helpful and professional throughout my stay. they provided local restaurant discount information upon request. the staff were also organized when i needed to receive a package before my arrival.

Acceptable Stay with Drawbacks
shower design inconvenient control
The room was clean and modern.
The shower did not have a door , so the entire bathroom became wet. Adjusting the room temperature required using my phone , which was inconvenient when I kept it on airplane mode overnight. This meant waking up and dealing with my phone just to change the temperature.

the reception staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. the on-street parking outside the hotel was very convenient. the room met my expectations and the tv was great. phone access.
the car park is slightly rocky though still usable.

small room odd bathroom
The staff seemed alright.
The room felt really cramped. I think I paid too much. The bathroom setup was also a bit weird as the shower wasn't separated and after showering, everything was wet. I also was not happy that the window could not be opened.

the room was lovely and clean, a definite plus. the location was excellent for visiting the area, a place i wanted to see without being right in the center.
the room was very small for a couple, better suited for a solo traveler on a work trip.
