a tender haven of joy

very nice kindnesssuper clean poolbalcony absence

the entertainment staff showed very nice kindness. cobal. the pool area was kept super clean and clean daily. a spillage was promptly attended to by the cleaning staff. i was very happy with the service.

the absence of balconies in the rooms affected our stay. i couldn't step out and enjoy the open air directly from the room. the lack of this amenity was a bit disappointing for a hotel of this standard.

the serving staff were quite friendly and very helpful. i could see that their cheerful attitude made the environment very pleasant. their dedication enhanced the experience a lot.

The food had great choices and flavors. i really liked the meal times. They seemed well-organized. it was convenient to get to my room quickly. i found the pool opening hours great, 10am to 7pm.

the hotel seemed like a maze sometimes. i think the water slides weren't as exciting as i thought. the hotel only opened them at separate times. i didn't like that. some of the slides had restrictions that weren't always followed.
