I loved the swimming pool. It had plenty of sun loungers, and the outside bar was great. the rooms were very clean and the beds felt really comfortable. the location was excellent, too. Everything i needed was nearby.

The lifts need some attention. They were quite slow for a hotel of this size. this meant waiting a while, especially during busy times, which could be a little frustrating.

The family room features two separate sleeping areas. This allows for privacy. air conditioning worked efficiently, keeping the room cool. I could adjust it easily, nice. the bathroom had a rainfall shower, giving a luxurious touch.

The staff at the pool bar were very attentive, always ready to serve drinks. the reception staff quickly addressed a minor issue with my room. housekeepers maintained the rooms daily. They ensured everything was super clean

the location was convenient. it was easy to reach various attractions (i even walked to a few). the breakfast buffet offered many choices. i found it quite satisfying. the room was clean and tidy with fresh bedding daily.

the lifts were slow. i often took the stairs (even though i was on the seventh floor). the walls seemed thin. i could hear neighboring guests at times. the air conditioning in the room wasn't very effective.
