The location was great. It was near the Parque del Retiro and Atocha Station. There were many restaurants and shopping areas around. The staff was very nice and helpful in every situation I encountered. The room was spacious and very silent, even though the hotel was centrally located. It had a nice shower and very modern furniture.

I PAID 500 euros per night for a room on the first floor. The room had no natural light and was constantly dark. I opened the window for some fresh air, but I was disturbed by loud kitchen noises and engine sounds. The bed linens felt very synthetic, and the pillows were quite uncomfortable.

the location was good near museums and gardens.

i found i was told that my daughter (age 12) could not have a bed because i had not requested one separately. expecting three of us to share a bed seemed an absolute joke to me. a hotel of this standard should have an abundance.
