great locationcold mealpoor quality
the location was great, really near to everything i wanted to see.
the food quality was bad. the breakfast buffet was okay, but lunch and dinner only had a small salad bar. the main courses were cold and i saw they reheated my meal in the microwave. its not how i expected.

the premium double room was a decent size. (i must admit, i liked the amount of space). the staff seemed friendly enough.
i found the quality of the restaurant food disappointing. it often felt cold and was not replenished frequently enough. the restaurant manager seemed abrupt when i complained.

The beds felt quite hard. I struggled to sleep well. The breakfast offered very limited gluten-free options. I found the leak in the corridor annoying. It wasn't cleaned properly after the repair. Housekeeping barged into the room without knocking, regardless of the 'Do Not Disturb' sign. The view from the back overlooked air conditioning units, which wasn't very appealing.
