a very pleasant stay overall
attentive staff convenient location direct access
the room was very clean upon arrival. the staff was attentive, especially at the portofino restaurant. i found the location convenient, providing easy access to nearby attractions. it was useful to have direct access to the beach..
i encountered limited availability at the a la carte restaurants. the buffet food could have been better regarding taste and offer.

the multiple pools provided ample space for relaxation, including dedicated areas for children. the hotel also featured a modern gym with treadmills and stationary bikes. direct beach access was available through designated pathways.

Romantic Escape, A Perfect Stay
warm welcome friendly staff fresh food
My love and I stayed here recently. The staff welcomed us warmly. Ashley at the reception was friendly. She helped us with every request we had! The food was always fresh, better than expected. The beach location was perfect. It was very close to the airport!
The hotel is right under the airport flight path. Conversation sometimes stopped due to noise during takeoffs and landings. This was a small inconvenience but not ideal for a peaceful escape.

The staff was professional and attentive, always ready to assist with a genuine smile. Choco and Ndack, the pool bar waiters, were especially friendly. They provided prompt service.

Our suite had great amenities and a jacuzzi on the terrace. The room included a comfortable king-size bed, two separate sinks, and a spacious rainfall shower. The minibar was restocked daily with water, soft drinks, and snacks.

The buffet food was often cold, and getting a drink there was challenging. Staff were not attentive at scanning tables. It was NOT a 5 star experience.

noise problem lighting issue
The food at the buffet was acceptable. The selection was varied.
The noise was a big problem. My room faced the sports bar, and shouting continued late into the night. This made it difficult to sleep. The balcony light stayed on all night, because I could not control it from the room, the room wasn't dark, we were frustrated with this lighting issue

Really good Stay in Ibiza
wellness center convenient package sports bar swimming pool
The resort features both a spa and wellness center to relax. A sports bar is available for entertainment. I observed that the swimming pool was very clean. The all-inclusive package was convenient.
The gym was a bit small, so it felt crowded during peak hours..

Zoltan at the lobby bar was very helpful. Maria at the guest relations desk had excellent knowledge. I appreciated her assistance with directions and local recommendations to nearby attractions.

The restaurants were beautiful and offered delicious food. I found the breakfast buffet to be particularly excellent. I saw many fresh options including fruit, pastries, and hot dishes with custom preparation available.
