THE food had a good variety. There was always pasta available, great (especially the lasagne!). I also appreciated that the staff were helpful and friendly.
OUR room had an issue with ants. I found the evening entertainment to be lacking so I didn't spend too much time watching it. (i mainly went to the beach).

Fantastic Stay at the Beach!

We stayed for a few nights and REALLY appreciated the location near the beach. The variety of food at the all-inclusive restaurant was Excellent. I found it easy to get a sunbed by the pool each day. The staff was always friendly and ready to assist with any questions.
The evening entertainment was somewhat inconsistent. Some nights were better than others, I think.

The reception staff helped immediately with any questions I had and they provided useful advice. The staff throughout the hotel are consistently polite and really cute, so I felt well cared for. The bar staff worked very hard to serve everyone quickly.

The hotel boasts a REALLY convenient location near a lovely beach. The walk is short (just about 5 minutes) making beach trips easy. The location is a great base for exploring more of the island.

The room was super clean and cleaned every day and was perfect for my family. The beds were very comfy. I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

There was an AMAZING range of food available with different options daily. I found the selection of salads and the fresh grilled meats especially good. The self-service drinks at dinner (wine, beer, water) was convenient.

The pool areas were clean and tidy (this is important to me!). The pools suited both adults and children with a dedicated kids pool. There is a lifeguard on hand for added safety.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They promptly resolved two issues inside my room which I appreciated. I also enjoyed the good value for money this place offers. The location and available food options were great.
The shower and sink drains in my room were clogged. I reported it, but no one fixed it, so I had to take care of it myself.

Our superior family room was essentially two rooms with an extra door that created a large space. This setup included two showers, two toilets, and two sinks. Modern furnishings completed the great space.

The grounds and pool area were always clean. There are two main pools, and a third pool is more suitable for small children. Guests can always find a sunbed at that pool. A bar is also located there.

The hotel is near a lovely beach, about a five minute walk. Taxis and Uber are available for transport to other destinations. The hotel also offers easy access to Ibiza's nightlife.

The receptionists were friendly, informative and happy to answer questions. I found them very helpful. The staff generally offer a warm welcome. Rachel greeted me with true warmth from the very first moment.

This hotel exceeded my expectations for our stay of SEVEN nights! The variety of salads and other options catered to even the pickiest eaters. Staff promptly refilled water bottles in the room EVERY day, convenient. The availability of drinks by the pool including beer and sangria was a GREAT touch. I found the staff responsive and helpful, and.
The cocktails, dispensed from a machine, tasted overly sweet and somewhat artificial (I wasn't a HUGE fan).

The staff was polite and offered great advice about local attractions. They were also quick to address any issues we encountered. I felt very welcomed because of this attentiveness and excellent service.

The hotel is near a beautiful beach. It is only a short walk away. This location allowed us to easily explore the island. It was also close to local shops, SUPER convenient.

Acceptable Stay but Lacking Attention to Detail

The safe required an extra payment of €3 per day. Every hotel should include that as standard. The building has what looks like rundown flats. Paint chipped off the walls and cracked panes of glass overlooked the courtyard, it looked quite grubby. The door didn't close properly, I needed to push it with force to close it. That felt unsafe

Our room had a problem. The shower drain was clogged. We reported it, but nobody fixed it. I had to unclog it myself, and the buffet lacked variety and repeated dishes too often. It took a very long time for them to replenish both the food and the glasses.
