The staff was warm, also attentive. They ensured everything was perfect . Helena, our server, provided fantastic service. I appreciated her excellent attention to detail.

Some drinks ordered via the QR code by the pool did not arrive. I asked Patrick Khalil to help resolve the issue, but he was unhelpful. He kept rolling his eyes and being rude.. I was told no manager was available.

larger rooms beach club delicious cocktails smaller room ineffective air conditioning longer walk

hubby and i booked the tower side room. rooms was a bit larger and newer. daniel and mario at the beach club restaurant provided great service. daniel's cocktails tasted delicious.

the club side rooms felt smaller. our room's air conditioner wasn't effective. walking to the concert area required a bit of a walk.

The room was very clean upon arrival.

The minibar was not properly stocked. It was missing several items, despite their presence on the inventory list. The front desk staff seemed disinterested in resolving this issue..
