The staff was warm, also attentive. They ensured everything was perfect . Helena, our server, provided fantastic service. I appreciated her excellent attention to detail.

Some drinks ordered via the QR code by the pool did not arrive. I asked Patrick Khalil to help resolve the issue, but he was unhelpful. He kept rolling his eyes and being rude.. I was told no manager was available.
