especially roman and santo from the signature level butler team. they handled every request promptly. the swim up junior suite was a luxury, with more privacy than expected. i look forward to returning next year.

i noticed limited time slots to book an a la carte meal. it was hard to find a sunbed. the pool areas were quite hectic.

the suite included a jacuzzi on the terrace and comfortable sun loungers. storage included five drawers and a clothes rail with hangers. the lighting was cozy and touch activated, modernizing the room. two sinks with mirrors and separate shower and toilet rooms were provided.

super friendly staff amazing food best breakfast free upgrade

WOW! This hotel is amazing. The staff were SUPER friendly. They treated me like royalty from the minute I arrived. The food was AMAZING!!! The breakfast buffet was definitely the BEST I have ever seen. I even got a free upgrade when I arrived. I can't wait to visit again next year.

The hallways were a bit untidy. Plates were left out for a short time.
