mixed feelings about this stay

parking nightmare inconsistent servicing

The parking situation was a nightmare. I pre-booked a space, BUT there wasn't one available upon arrival, and the staff seemed UNABLE to manage it. the room servicing was INCONSISTENT. One day they came late, and another day they didn't replenish the mineral water or tea.

modern room fantastic shower comfortable bed

i found the hotel to be very clean and modern. the shower was fantastic and the bed was really comfortable. i had a great night's sleep. i enjoyed the pleasant surprise of a rooftop bar, it was a good addition.

I encountered limited parking upon arrival. I was directed to an alternative car park, it was an eight-minute walk away, not ideal.

parking disaster annoyed lady

the rooms were clean. the staff seemed friendly.

parking was a total disaster. i prebooked a space weeks ago. when i arrived, there were NONE available! the supervisor on shift was great and sorted something. breakfast was another problem. i wanted to order room service as advertised. the lady on the phone got annoyed and said that was not possible! i had to insist, and literally read it from the website. she reluctantly took the order. unbelievable.
