The pool was at a GOOD temperature.
The sofa bed proved REALLY uncomfortable. My little one and I were VERY squashed in the room. The hotel did not supply a mattress for the travel cot, so I didn't ask for one.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. i found the breakfast satisfactory. the reception staff was pleasant and efficient. jo at reception changed my room to a quiet one away from the party without any fuss.
the room was a bit gloomy and i felt a slight chill because the small radiator struggled to heat the space effectively.

The staff was helpful. The breakfast had great options with a large selection of foods. There were lots of fresh towels and ample tea and coffee provided in the room (a big plus for me!).
The doors seemed to slam quite loudly, I noticed, which could be a bit disturbing at times.
