the reception staff was helpful! the gym had a good selection of equipment. i especially appreciated the relaxed lobby area, though the dog treats were a cute touch.
i found the car park overstocked, so i had to park further away and walk with heavy bags.

the room provided usb outlets alongside the standard outlets. the room was really nice and the bathroom was well-appointed.

there were plenty of options for food and drinks nearby. a large sainsbury's supermarket is close for shopping. there is a restaurant and cafe that i did not test. a bar offered cocktails with tapas and i found it very good.

the location offers easy access to the area with bus stops near the hotel. i found that it was easy to reach the city center by bus. the hotel is a bit outside the city, but i found it convenient.

My room had a kitchenette with high end equipment. The bed was VERY comfortable and provided just the right amount of space. It.
The parking situation was not very clear. Andy at reception was NOT helpful in this respect. He did not seem to know where the car park was, made things confusing.

Our One Bedroom Suite was a sanctuary, every detail carefully considered. The excellent bed provided restful sleep, and the bathroom felt luxurious! The living area was perfect for relaxation and quiet moments. On-site bars provided good refreshments.
