Solid stay, some minor issues

I traveled with Alfa for a coach holiday in London. The food featured a selection of choices for every person. Staff members were courteous and very helpful. Bedrooms were clean and the shower was hot. Beds were comfortable too.

The receptionist did not ask how our stay went during checkout. I also noted much noise around the building. This included loud traffic and doors slamming.

The room featured a proper wardrobe with an iron and ironing board. The tea tray was easy to use and had its own designated space. I found plenty of plugs available for charging my devices (very convenient!). Gemma at reception provided really good customer service.

I experienced a slight delay in the bar opening on a Saturday afternoon. There were many adults waiting for a drink then. A receptionist had to open the bar, though she had never worked there before.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the early dinner available as part of my coach trip. This allowed me to attend The Abba Experience in London on time. My room was clean, tidy, and quiet, ensuring a restful night. The customer service stood out as really good.

The rooms were nice and neat. The reception staff was friendly and efficient. I especially liked Connor behind the bar. He made a great change from the usual impersonal hotel staff. He was friendly and engaged in conversation.

The choice of beers was OK though could be improved.

A Super Stay!

friendly staff healthy option

I found the breakfast to be AMAZING!!! There was a full English option, and a good variety of healthy stuff like fruit and yogurt. The receptionist made checkout easy. They were quite polite and helpful. I slept so well with a nice full stomach!!!
