i loved the sushi masterclass at the toki restaurant! kazuyo showed us how to make sushi rice. she also guided us to make nigiri, maki, temaki, and uramaki. all the ingredients were top quality, especially the tuna!!!
the cleanliness in my junior suite was an issue. the bathroom floor and toilet were not cleaned. i noticed stains on the bedsheets and pillows.

this hotel features quiet luxury and good service. my stay in a suite on the ground floor was calm. my room had an upgrade. a plate of treats after turndown service. i took a stroll around hyde park before drinks in the bar and slipping into a yutaka.
corridor lighting was dim, and the floor undulating was unfriendly for luggage.
