convenient location comfortable bed hot water unfriendly receptionist adapter issue lack of stock

the hotel was conveniently located near paddington station. i stayed in march 2024. the room was well appointed and comfortable. the bathroom had hot water and necessary toiletries.

the receptionist wasnt friendly when we arrive. we were required to buy adapters. the hotel should have stock for customers.

stella at reception was really nice! she welcomed me with a smile when i arrived. she offered us late checkout and that was really helpful.

the receptionist wasn't friendly, though the one that was there when i arrived was great. i had to buy adapters, the hotel should have some for customers! also, the room was so small, it felt overpriced for what i got.

the shower was amazing i appreciated the good ac system. the bed was very comfortable also. staff were very helpful.

the hotel felt a bit tired my room could have done with a deep clean. there were marks on the curtains and skirting boards.

convenient location helpful staff clean room fresh towels

the location was really convenient! paddington station is close and getting to heathrow airport was very easy. the staff were helpful with directions. my club double room was cleaned daily and i received fresh towels each day.

the lift was a bit slow at times, but it wasn't a major problem.

the breakfast area, while small, had options. i saw pastries, cereals, and fruit available. the coffee machine provided a quick caffeine fix, which i needed to start my busy day.
