the shower was amazing i appreciated the good ac system. the bed was very comfortable also. staff were very helpful.

the hotel felt a bit tired my room could have done with a deep clean. there were marks on the curtains and skirting boards.

the location was really convenient! paddington station is close and getting to heathrow airport was very easy. the staff were helpful with directions. my club double room was cleaned daily and i received fresh towels each day.
