perfect locationearly arrivalroom upgrade
i found the location perfect for visiting the palladium theatre it was very close. i was pleased to find my room ready upon my early arrival and i also got a room upgrade to a larger one.
i noticed a bit of general maintenance could improve the experience loose tiles rust and a broken bath panel needed attention.

the hotel is centrally located near the palladium theatre and liberty store providing easy access to regent street and oxford street. the oxford circus tube station is also conveniently located nearby for easy transportation. i found the location very convenient

the hotel features 'soho wala' a hidden gem for indian cuisine offering tasty food at a good price. the express lunch menu included fresh food and great choices with portions available. i also enjoyed a pleasant afternoon tea with attentive service.

the superior room i stayed in was quiet and clean providing a comfortable environment. my room was upgraded to a larger one upon arrival which i thought was really nice. the room provided all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

tender memories in a timeless space

i loved the room. It was spacious and included toiletries, an iron, a hairdryer, and dressing gowns. The staff WERE really lovely. They took the time to show us the history of the hotel and were very friendly. The location felt perfect. It was spot on.
the air conditioning unit made an awful racket. It continued even when it was turned off which was annoying.

i came for afternoon tea, lovely. It featured a great choice of sandwiches, scones, and cakes. I enjoyed a refreshing glass of champagne, too. All added to the ambient experience.

The location is very convenient. Oxford Circus station is a short walk. Staff members were helpful. I enjoyed Indian food at the restaurant.
The room was not up to expectations. The wardrobe was damaged. A skirting board was missing from a wall.
