superb boutique experience

great location floris products really good breakfast
The location was great, close to many attractions, i visited the v & a museum easily. my room included floris products, i found that to be a very nice touch. the breakfast offered was really good. I thought it was the best i have had in a hotel.
i experienced a minor issue with post-stay customer service , i am still awaiting a reply to an email.

charming stay near the v&a

attentive staff valet parking easy travel
the staff was attentive. they made sure i had everything i needed. i also appreciated the valet parking service (it cost 45 gbp plus 10 gbp for each pick-up or drop-off). it made traveling with a car much easier.
i found that the bed in my room was a little firmer than i usually prefer. it was not a major issue (but it did affect my sleep quality slightly).
