My room was dusty, I was surprised. The bed was FIRM. The slippers and bathrobes were scratchy, they felt cheap.

fantastic team great location comfortable room

I found the hotel team fantastic from arrival to departure. They seemed to like working there and like me staying there. My room was great and the hotel location was perfect for a short walk to the theatre. The hotel provided everything i could wish for.

breakfast buffet dinner recommendation

The breakfast buffet provided a wonderful start each day. Made-to-order Eggs Benedict and Royale were available. The concierge staff offered excellent dinner recommendations and directions for navigating the city. Christmas Day transportation to the airport was arranged efficiently.

Constant noise from the work was audible in the room during the day. This made relaxing difficult.

The doorman offered a warm welcome each time I passed through the lobby. The front desk team provided greetings like family every day. Rob, the server, remembered my order accurately from day one.. I did not have to remind him the next time.

mixed feelings about the stay

the location was central , with easy access to many attractions.

the room i booked was smaller than anticipated , a definite disappointment. additionally , breakfast reminded me of a budget hotel experience , especially with inexperienced staff slow to provide basic service like coffee refills.

the breakfast service was subpar , and some staff did not seem pleased to be working there. it felt as though i was at a 2-star hotel , rather than what the price suggested. this issue.

quiet atmosphere rooftop bar blackout curtains perfect location

EVERYTHING seemed PERFECT. the rooftop bar provided wonderful views. I really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. I found the blackout curtains a welcome addition. THE location suited me very well. It was close to various attractions.
