I loved the artwork throughout the hotel, it added such a luxurious rock vibe. the staff were very cute. They always tried to meet my needs. the rooftop bar became my favorite spot. The location is great too.

the lighting was not enough, and some bulbs did not work, which i found unacceptable.

the hotel is in a great spot! there are so many restaurants and pubs close to the hotel. the bond street station is also a short walk away. it was easy to get around.

I enjoyed the central location. It was SO convenient! The quirky decor added a lot of character to the stay. I found the staff to be great. They were very helpful. Breakfast was also quite nice and offered a decent variety.

I did find that the corridors and stairs were somewhat dimly lit, but i got used to it VERY quickly.

The breakfast selection had several options and included both hot and cold items. I noticed fresh fruit, pastries, and a hot buffet. I REALLY liked the coffee. It was strong.

My room had a comfortable bed, and the air conditioning WORKED great! The minibar was stocked with a selection of drinks and snacks. I could find bathrobes and slippers in the closet.

small room constant noise

The rooftop terrace provided an additional space and was super nice.

The room was small. I also found that the toilet cistern constantly overfilled, which interrupted sleep because of the noise of water.

my check-in was smooth and efficient. the room decor felt quite glam. i enjoyed eating at the restaurant, it had reasonably priced items. i appreciated the quirky, brit pop vibe and unrivaled location.

the corridors were quite dim.
