i liked that the hotel offered a refreshment area with coffee on the ground floor. the amenities store allowed me to easily get extra items. i also appreciated the sanitized empty water bottle, it allowed me to refill it and reduce plastic waste. the suite had a dining table that doubled as a useful workspace.
i found the room a bit outdated and the air conditioning system was difficult to adjust. it seemed to switch between being too cold or shutting off completely, made the room stuffy

the staff was quite helpful, particularly at reception. my room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. i found the location provided easy access to many shows.
i waited around 15 minutes for it to arrive.
