The location proved to be quite convenient to Paddington station. This detail made daily travel much easier. Shops are nearby offering convenience. I found a post office and restaurants very close.

The hotel stairs and carpets seemed unclean. This was a bit off-putting upon arrival. Noise from the trains created constant vibration. This reminded me of movies where glasses rattle.

EXCELLENT stay near Paddington!

The staff were VERY helpful. They let me keep my suitcase there before check-in. The location is PERFECT. It's just a short walk from the station. The breakfast was delicious and quick.

convenient location helpful staff breakfast option

the location was convenient, close to transport links. i appreciated the helpful staff who were always available. the provided breakfast included several options (it had a really authentic taste).

i found the stairs a bit narrow. i wish there was an elevator for easier access to upper floors with luggage.

MIXED experience, some ISSUES

rude staff dirty water

the LOCATION was really GOOD , close to hyde park.

the STAFF was totally RUDE. the shower ROOM was disgusting , the DIRTY water didn't even GO down. i HAD to change the room UP to the very TOP while my KID already SLEPT ,it was ridiculous.

steep stairs cramped room

The lack of an elevator was REALLY inconvenient. Lugging my suitcase up several flights of stairs was exhausting. the room felt cramped. There was hardly any space to move around, let alone unpack comfortably. The bathroom was small.
