i also saw very scruffy carpets. the peeling paint created an atmosphere of neglect.

the location proved convenient, sitting close to hyde park.

i noticed the corridors leading to it seemed neglected. the room lacked air conditioning. Opening the window revealed a considerable amount of grime.
